The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $75,000 to $95,000 an hour at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What You Will Do in This Role:
Goods Receipt (GR) Processing: Accurately enter Goods Receipts (GRs) in SAP, applying tools like VL06I to process items individually or in batches efficiently based on daily workflow.
Documentation Management: Coordinate with site contacts (Supervisors, PMs) to obtain and validate necessary delivery documentation, including packing slips, Proofs of Delivery (PODs), and other receiving records.
Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for routine communication with site teams regarding missing documentation or clarification needed for GR posting.
Report Generation: Use standard Power BI reports and SAP queries to export and maintain a running list of active projects, delivery lookaheads, and pending invoices.
Basware Monitoring: Daily monitoring of Basware for invoices awaiting a Goods Receipt (GR), initiating follow-up communication with project teams when vital to expedite documentation.
Fix Support: Perform initial investigation into common GR errors (e.g., incorrect quantities, wrong material codes) and document findings for any blocking issue.
Data Maintenance: Maintain shared project folders, ensuring material reports, delivery documentation, and communication logs are current and easily accessible to all collaborators.
Support for Senior Data Analyst: Directly assist the Senior 3WM Data Analyst by preparing accurate, clean, and organized data sets extracted from SAP and Basware.
Trend Input: Compile and categorize recurring transactional issues and common error types to provide valuable input that enables the Senior Analyst to perform strategic root cause analysis.
Data Verification: Complete verification and scrubbing tasks on data extracts to ensure quality and integrity before it is used for high-level reporting or benchmark generation.
SAP: Functional experience with P2P processes, including Purchase Order (PO) viewing, Goods Receipt (GR) posting, and general delivery tracking.
Basware: Familiarity with the invoice tracking and workflow system.
Power BI: Ability to run and interpret existing reports and dashboards.
Microsoft Excel: Proficiency in basic functions, filtering, VLOOKUP, and coordinating data for batch processing and reporting.
Shared Drive/SharePoint: Experience managing and coordinating project documentation.
What We are Looking For:
An associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field is helpful.
1-3 years of experience in business operations, supply chain, procurement, or accounting support role, preferably one involving transactional data entry or reconciliation.
Functional experience with SAP or a comparable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is required.
Good attention to detail and ability to accurately manage high volumes of transactional data across multiple concurrent projects.
Concise and professional written and verbal communication skills for interaction with site-based teams and vendors.
Demonstrated ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize work based on financial urgency, and meet deadlines.
