Position Summary
The Female Drug Screening Representative plays a key role in supporting individuals in recovery. This position is responsible for conducting observed urine collections for female clients, maintaining accurate documentation, preparing specimens for shipment, and ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
This is an entry-level position with opportunities for advancement within the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and check in clients at the testing center

Conduct observed urine collections for female clients (probation, treatment programs, bond compliance)

Prepare and ship specimens to the laboratory

Maintain site cleanliness and organization

Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with all policies and regulations

Provide occasional coverage at nearby testing locations (within 45 miles)
Schedule

Part-Time (Under 20 hours per week)

Primary hours: 4:50 PM – 7:15 PM

Some weekends & holidays: 6:20 AM – 9:45 AM

Must be flexible due to random testing requirements

Schedules provided approximately one month in advance
Compensation & Benefits (Part-Time)

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working with diverse populations

Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 10 lbs for extended periods

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
