Program Coordinator
Kinship of Iron County is seeking a dedicated, community-minded, part-time Program Coordinator to support and grow our mission of connecting youth with positive mentors and strengthening our local families. This role is ideal for someone passionate about youth development, community relationships and experience in program coordination.
Key responsibilities will include: Lead, organize and oversee the Kinship program.
Recruit, screen and support mentors and mentees as well as build relationships with families, volunteers and the community.
Duties will include: planning activities and events, maintaining records and timely matching mentors with youth kinkids as well as evaluating and supporting all aspects of the relationship.
Experience: Ideal candidate should have experience working with youth, families and volunteers in a positive, professional manner. Must be able to work independently and report to the Kinship Board of Directors monthly.
This is a part-time position with flexible hours which may include occasional weekend and evenings. Compensation will be based on experience.
