Job Duties: The position involves transporting grain and manure, operating farm vehicles and equipment, and helping maintain grain facilities, trucks, trailers, and farm grounds. The worker must communicate effectively with the owner and staff using farm radios. A CDL isn’t required, but an Indiana driver’s license must be obtained within 30 days. Duties also include unloading and weighing crops and keeping the grain setup clean and functional.

Housing: The employer retains possession and control of the housing premises at all times. Workers provided housing under the terms of this Clearance Order shall vacate the housing promptly upon termination of employment with the employer.

Transportation: Employer offers transportation at no cost to workers occupying Employer-provided housing to the worksite and return on a daily basis using any combination of van, truck and car depending on crop conditions and locations. Such transportation will be in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
