Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated IT Product Sales Representative (Mid to Senior level) with strong experience in research-driven lead generation, outbound calling, meeting scheduling, and selling SaaS-based products and software services. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter who excels at identifying prospects, engaging decision-makers, and closing SaaS and IT services deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth market and account research to identify target companies, decision-makers, and business opportunities
- Drive high-volume outbound calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting on a daily basis
- Schedule qualified sales meetings and demos with key stakeholders (CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement, Business Leaders)
- Sell SaaS-based products and software services, including cloud solutions, enterprise software, and digital platforms
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → presentation → negotiation → closure
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent calling and follow-ups
- Clearly articulate value propositions of SaaS products and software services to customers
- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to align solutions with customer needs
- Track all research activities, calls, meetings, and opportunities in CRM systems
- Consistently meet or exceed lead generation, meeting scheduling, and revenue targets
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience selling SaaS-based products and software services (mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience in research, outbound calling, and appointment scheduling
- Proven success in B2B IT product sales and lead generation
- Experience selling SaaS subscriptions, licenses, and software services engagements
- Comfortable making cold calls and managing daily call targets
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales metrics (ARR, MRR, renewals, upsell/cross-sell)
- Experience using CRM and sales tools.
- Excellent communication, objection handling, and closing skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and process-focused
