Project Manager - IT
Position Description
This role requires working in a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing multiple initiatives that support the organization’s strategic objectives. The position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects and programs within the product development area, partnering across various business functions to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Oversee and manage multiple IT projects to ensure they are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align project goals with the organization’s overall strategy.
- Resource Utilization: Ensure project teams are equipped with the necessary resources to support successful project execution.
- Performance Tracking: Measure and monitor project performance using appropriate systems and tools; report progress, outcomes, and risks to management.
- Project Tools & Reporting: Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in Jira for project management, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Documentation: Create and maintain thorough project documentation to support project management processes and governance.
