Treatment Navigation Specialist
Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 6:00pm
19.00 - 24.00 Per Hour, Based On Experience
Job Duties:
- Outbound call center - outreach to new and existing patients within the database to update / maintain medical information and records
- Patient relations - advising with patients on various medical inquiries
- Scheduling - assisting patients with scheduling various in-home appointments
Requirements:
- Experience in an outbound call center preferred
- Call canter environment, sitting 8 hours a day
- Ability to work remote 2-3 days a week when training
- Located in Kalamazoo, MI
