Are you the Member Service Representative we're looking for?
To thrive as a Full-Time Member Service Representative at Zeal Credit Union, you'll need a unique blend of skills and experience. A minimum of six months of customer service experience is essential, along with a genuine passion for helping others. Strong problem-solving skills will enable you to address member inquiries with confidence and empathy. As an initiative taker, you should be proactive in identifying needs and finding effective solutions. Excellent communication skills are crucial for conveying complex information clearly and effectively, fostering an engaging atmosphere for our members.
