Now Hiring: Apartment Maintenance Technician
The Liberty Group is immediately hiring experienced Apartment Community Maintenance Technicians to support residential properties in Detroit, MI. This role is ideal for skilled, hands-on professionals who take pride in maintaining safe, clean, and well-functioning living environments.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to and complete residential maintenance service requests in a timely manner

Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status, including turn-over repairs and improvements

Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of grounds and common areas

Track and document maintenance activities in logs or systems

Effectively multitask and prioritize daily work orders

Deliver excellent customer service to residents and property staff
Required Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of on-site maintenance experience

Valid government-issued ID

Reliable transportation
-
Ownership of basic tools required to perform maintenance duties

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Preferred (Pays More):

A/C Certification

Experience in apartments, hotels, rehab facilities, condos, or carpentry
