Required skills & qualifications
· Exceptional telephone sales skills (confidence, control, and closing abilities).
· Strong typing and computer proficiency.
· Ability to structure automotive deals on the fly.
· Proven ability to motivate and influence customers to choose Prestige Cadillac.
· Leadership qualities with the ability to coach and elevate team members.
· Strong understanding of the current automotive market and vehicle pricing trends.
· Finance experience preferred.
· Professional attitude, accountability, and strong work ethic.
