Job Summary
The HR Shared Service Coordinatoris primarily responsible for providing front-line support to users on inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and HR systems. This role delivers service through multiple channels including phone calls, emails, and case management tools to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent guidance. This role will also partner with SME's and HRIS Analysts to escalate issues as needed.
In addition to providing front-line support, this role creates and maintains HR training materials to promote self-service, runs audits to ensure data integrity, and completes administrative tasks as needed. They work under general supervision, rely on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals and require a certain degree of creativity and autonomy to perform the job.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Promptly respond to employee inquiries over the phone, email, and Workday Case Management related to Workday and Workforce applications
Assess employee questions to determine nature of problem and walk the individual through problem-solving process to resolve the issue(s) or escalate to higher levels of technical/functional support
Provide system training to new administrators and managers on an as needed basis
Create and maintain HR system training resources
Run scheduled audits and complete Workday inbox tasks to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Work with the various HR functional areas and the IT help desk to ensure escalated requests are routed to the proper resource in order to be resolved quickly and efficiently
Stay current with HR system information, changes and updates
Be familiar with Company Personnel policies and administrative procedures
Provide input to HR Shared Service Manager of key issues faced by employees so that adjustments can be made to existing training materials or aid in the development of new training materials
