Specific Duties:

Field incoming help requests from end users via telephone and email in a courteous manner

Provide basic technical support to end-users of Teamcenter, AutoCAD, SolidEdge, NX CAD, and NC CAM end-users.

Prioritize and schedule problems. Escalate problems (when required) to the appropriate staff member.

Coordinate problem resolution with Information Technology help desk.

Document problems and resolutions in service tracking system.

Perform installation, unit, and integration testing.
Requirements and Qualifications:
-
Associate’s Degree in drafting, engineering technology, information technology, or related field OR Two (2) years of experience with drafting, engineering technology or information technology.

Two (2) years of related experience.

Experience working with 2-D and 3-D CAD systems.

Experience working with PLM systems.
-
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Requires a valid driver’s license and favorable motor vehicle report.
