Responsibilities:
* Support powertrain (engine and transmission) Calibration activities by providing NVH preferred calibration direction.
* Support NVH dyno testing of powertrains by providing knowledgeable interface to Powertrain Calibration activity.
* Support dyno and vehicle NVH testing by manipulating engine and transmission calibrations to facilitate operational troubleshooting and NVH issue resolution troubleshooting
* Lead providing Powertrain Control Module data and analysis of calibration parameters to insure that dyno and vehicle powertrains are operating in a manner that is acceptable for a given NVH test.
* Provide final report to test database of calibration status for NVH test.
* Perform powertrain calibration monitoring using Ford Calibration tools to support NVH related issue resolution and find-and-fix investigations.
* Lead development of new metrics and methods to advance development of calibration for NVH
* Support Design Rule development, quality issue resolution processes, and prevent recurrence process
* Superior automotive technology troubleshooting skills
* Provide strong interpersonal and technical leadership ability
* Provide strong communication, planning and project management skills with a proven track record for delivery
* Demonstrated problem solving skills with proactive approach
* Self-starter capable of learning new technology
* Comfortable with team oriented work place
* Familiar with AVL Concerto software
