Brief Description of Duties
The Independent Living Plus Coach provides direct daily interaction, connection, and support for youth in Eagle Village’s Independent Living Plus Program. The Independent Living Plus Coach is part of a treatment team that works with youth to teach them life skills and help them work toward their treatment goals to ensure their growth toward successful transition to independent living and independent living in community. The Independent Living Plus Coach positions require an individual who is self-motivated and who can work alone with minimal supervision.

Brief Description on Any Preferences
Required minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services area from an accredited college or university with proper licensure and accreditation with a minimum of one year experience is preferred.
