Requirements:
Experience: 3-5 years of custom salesforce development experience. Proficiency in APEX, LWCs, APIs and a skilled problem solver.
Strong communication skills: oral, written, and presentation, plus the ability to communicate with a wide range of people and behavior styles.
Ability to learn quickly and operate in a fast-paced environment.
A self-starter, confident in his/her abilities, self-motivated and able to work effectively with little supervision.
A results-oriented individual who can make a difference; a person who takes initiative, makes things happen, accepts accountability, & has a “can do” attitude; sense of urgency
Core development skills:
APEX: Proficiency in writing triggers, controllers, and asynchronous APEX (Batch, Future, Queueable)
Lightning Web Components (LWC): Advanced knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES 6+) and LWC framework
SOQL and SOSL: Ability to write efficient queries to manage large data volumes within governor limits
Web Technologies: Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, & JavaScript
Integration & Data Management:
API: Experience with Rest APIs along with GraphQL experience
Data Modeling: Expertise in designing custom objects, relationships and schema architecture
DevOps and Tools
Version Control: Proficiency with Git (Gitlab primarily along with GitHub and Bitbucket)
Deployment: Experience with change management, SFDX, VS Code, Copado and Changesets.
Certifications:
Salesforce Certified platform developer (PD1)
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PD2)
Nice to have: Data Cloud consultant or AI specialists.
