Forty-nine (49) farmworkers are needed to work in Monroe County, Michigan, handling vegetables in greenhouses and field operations. Workers will sow seeds, transplant seedlings, plant vegetables in fields, harvest crops, and perform packing activities. Duties include moving trays and containers, plucking vegetables, carrying and dumping harvested produce, and inspecting greenhouse equipment. Workers will also perform general farm tasks such as tying and staking plants, pruning, weeding, assisting with irrigation, and cleaning work areas. The job requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, work in hot, cold, or wet weather, and maintain a high level of physical stamina throughout the workday. Employer will provide instructions and training for all tasks.

Work schedule: Generally, 36 hours per week, Monday through Saturday. Additional hours may be offered but are not required.
