1. Position Overview
Job Group: IT (Process Innovation) / PI Team
Level*: Specialist I / Specialist II / Senior
* Open to both entry-level and experienced candidates; level will be determined based on experience and capabilities.
Mission: Structure(specify) the pain points of production/logistics sites into requirements, and execute process innovation through stable operation and expansion.
2. Main Responsibilities (Role & Responsibility)
a. Manufacturing IT System Operation and Issue Response
Operate and stabilize manufacturing production/logistics systems (including on-site support).
Perform end-to-end issue resolution: identify symptoms → analyze causes → take action/prevent recurrence.
Check logs/data/integration flows, trace causes using DB queries if necessary.
Collaborate with IT developers/partners to incorporate modifications/improvements.
Respond to user inquiries/issues (including Help Desk functions), document and standardize operation guides/manuals.
? Related systems: MES / EIF / RTD / MCS / CIM / ERP, etc.
b. Production Process Innovation (PI) – Process Innovation/Improvement
Analyze production/logistics processes (As-Is/To-Be) and identify improvement tasks.
Collect pain points from the field/user perspective and define/specify requirements.
Convert functional/business requirements into clear documentation (specifications) (e.g., process flows, screen/report requirements, data item definitions, exception cases, priorities, acceptance criteria, etc.).
Collaborate with the headquarters PI organization to apply/improve standard processes and IT systems on-site.
Support test planning/execution, user training, and stabilization/continuous improvement after launch.
c. IT Investment Management – Standard System Construction/Expansion Project Execution and Management
Execute/manage HQ standard IT system construction and function expansion (roll-out) projects.
Manage scope/schedule/risk/quality, verify deliverables.
Lead collaboration and communication with headquarters/on-site/partners (vendors).
Support stabilization after application, identify advanced tasks, and establish improvement roadmaps.
3. Qualifications (Basic Qualification)
Bachelor's degree or higher (any major) / Open to both entry-level and experienced candidates.
Interest or basic understanding of production/logistics environments and IT systems.
Ability to logically analyze problems and communicate effectively with related departments/developers/partners.
Capability to structure and clearly document (specify) requirements.
Ability to transform "ambiguous requests" into "verifiable requirements/criteria."
4. Preferred Qualifications
a. DB/Data Analysis Skills
Experience in writing/analyzing SQL based on RDBMS.
Experience in tracing causes or improving (tuning) through query analysis during issues/performance problems.
Understanding of query performance elements such as indexes/execution plans/join structures.
b. Programming Language and Development Understanding
Experience using Java, C# (e.g., work automation, utilities/tools, interface modules, simple development/modification, etc.).
Basic understanding of source/logic and communication skills to collaborate with developers.
c. Production/Logistics IT Experience
Experience in building or operating production/logistics IT systems such as MES/ERP/WMS.
Experience in IT Help Desk or on-site IT support.
Experience in operating system integration (Interface) (e.g., batch/integration monitoring, data flow troubleshooting).
d. Language
Preference for candidates who can communicate in Korean (for HQ meetings/documents/field collaboration).
