Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of assigned CNC machining projects, from initial customer inquiry to final delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery
- Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Manage documentation and reporting for internal and customer needs
Requirements:
- Experience in project management within a manufacturing or job shop environment
- Familiar with CNC machining processes, materials, and workflows
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to read technical drawings and interpret specifications
- Experience with AS9100 regulations.
