Pay Range:
- Starting: $16.00/hr
- Night Shift Premium: +$0.50/hr
- Range DOE: $17.00–$18.00/hr

Position Overview
FasTemps Staffing Solutions is seeking dependable and detail-oriented CNC Operators for a manufacturing facility in the Fowlerville area. This is a hands-on production role that focuses heavily on quality inspection, gauging parts, documenting measurements, and following established check sheets. Operators do not perform setups or tool changes—machines are already set up and ready to run.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC and manual production machinery to perform daily production tasks.
- Conduct part inspections using gauges and measurement tools.
- Follow detailed check sheets and record accurate measurement readings.
- Complete daily production and inspection documentation.
- Verify that completed parts meet quality and specification requirements.
- Perform basic finishing tasks such as deburring, packaging, and light assembly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools, machines, and equipment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a safe working environment.
- Participate in required training to support quality and safety standards.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic shop math skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Prior CNC or machine operating experience preferred but not required.

- Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for machine operation and inspecting parts.
- Ability to bend, stoop, balance, and kneel when needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Exposure to loud noise levels and varying temperatures on the production floor.
