Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour with step raises up to $19.00/hour in your first year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, usually no weekends 6:00am-4:30om

We’re looking for reliable, hands-on Production Associates to join a busy manufacturing team in Lansing. You’ll help assemble and prepare components for air movement equipment, keeping quality high and production moving smoothly.
This is a full-time opportunity with a strong track record of direct hire after 90 days for employees who show up, work hard, and deliver quality work.
What You’ll Do
- Follow production work orders, prints, and instructions to assemble parts and components.
- Experience with hand tools and hydralic tools as this is a hands on mechanical position
- Inspect parts for quality and report any defects.
- Fit, align, fasten, and adjust parts using hand and power tools.
- Measure finished parts to ensure they meet standards.
- Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized.
- Support company goals like 5S and Continuous Improvement.
- Assist with other production tasks as needed.
What You’ll Need
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and a team-focused attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different production lines.
- Ability to lift, move, and safely use production tools.
Pay & Perks
- Starting pay: $17.00/hour
- Step raises in your first year:
- 0–30 days: $17.25/hour
- 31–60 days: $17.50/hour
- 61–90 days: $18.00/hour
- 91–180 days: $18.50/hour
- 180–365 days: $19.00/hour
