Position Summary:We are seeking a Third Shift Process Supervisor to support and oversee production activities during our overnight operations. While supervisory experience is a plus, the priority for this role is strong hands-on experience with injection molding—including mold setup, process troubleshooting, and machine optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and optimize injection molding equipment, including mold/die changes, startup, and troubleshooting.
- Adjust and monitor process parameters to ensure consistent part quality and machine performance.
- Proactively resolve processing issues and minimize downtime.
- Provide support for third-shift personnel and help ensure smooth shift operations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of process changes, production data, and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering on preventative maintenance or technical support needs.
- Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Support lean initiatives, 5S practices, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-based culture and communicate effectively with other departments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in injection molding (setup, troubleshooting, and optimization).
- Supervisory or lead experience is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with robot programming or automation systems is also a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of molding processes, hydraulics, and temperature control.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight hours.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work 3rd shift and take ownership of shift performance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
