Robotic Welder Repair Technician Job Description:
- Trouble-shooting and repair of automated and robotic production welding and assembly machines.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance (PM) on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
- Maintain and modify weld schedules for both resistance spot welding and MIG welding.
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical prints, as well as wiring schematics.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic circuits.
- Weld fixture gauging.
- Building maintenance as required.
- Machining, welding, and fabricate as required.
