We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Programmer for a temp-to-hire position in Jackson, MI. This position focuses on HAAS CNC milling machines (no lathe work) and offers a competitive pay range based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program and set up HAAS CNC milling machines, including DS30
- Troubleshoot issues and verify part quality
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Collaborate with production staff to meet daily goals
- Perform machine maintenance and calibrations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience programming HAAS CNCs
- Strong understanding of milling operations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manuals
- Skilled in troubleshooting and quality checks
- Team player with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
