JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a CNC Mill Machinist for an evaluation hire opportunity in a unique production environment. This is not a traditional
machine shop. The left side of the operation manufactures components used by the right side of the shop. Production runs typically
range from 1,000 to 5,000-piece components. The ideal candidate is self-driven, detail-oriented, and willing to learn Fanuc Manual
Guide I.
Job Responsibilities
- Read and interpret design prints
- Collaborate with designers for continuous improvement
- Document and log CNC setup sheets
- Participate in design and development for test automation and support
- Write CNC programs using:
- Conversational Programming (Fanuc Manual Guide I)
- Milltronics Centurion
- G-code
- BobCAD software
- Esprit CAM software
- Support assembly automation processes
