Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
The KLA Brand Creative team is looking for a Graphic Designer to help build KLA's global brand experience, and further our brand equity. You will bring brand, design and experiential acumen, along with the ability to remain flexible in an ever-changing, global environment.
Responsibilities:
Designmulti-disciplinary assets including (but not limited to): digital, environmental (office interiors), advertising, collateral, infographics, videos, print, merchandise, event booths, corporate logo architecture and animation
ideate and execute new art direction, in addition to working with current art direction, while driving a consistent global brand experience
manage multiple deadlines while collaborating with global requestors on assignments in many different regions and time zones
endlessly evaluate the KLA brand across all touchpoints for consistency, while looking for new ways to improve our global brand experience
stay informed about international design and channel trends for cultural relevancy
Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 years of professional design experience, preferably on an in-house global or multicultural team
cross-platform understanding of how to create a successful brand experience
familiarity with emerging technologies and new tools, applying them to further our brand touchpoints. This could be things like AI or AR.
to understand audience impression and the differences in stakeholder groups, including regional cultural differences.
international brand or global campaigns experience
familiarity with localization practices and designing for multilingual audiences
able to project manage and collaborate with a global team
experience working within creative project management software
proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier or After Effects); familiarity with image asset libraries, MS Office, SharePoint, and web standards for design
portfolio that demonstrates art direction, consistency, creative thinking, outstanding design proficiency, and ability to create for a range of branded touchpoints
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors' Degree plus 2 years' experience or Masters Degree and 0 years' experience or work related experience.
Base Pay Range: $60,700.00 - $103,200.00 Annually
