POSITION: 1st Shift SMT Machine Operator
LOCATION: Saline, MI
COMPENSATION: $17.00-20.00
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, occasional Saturday, 1st Shift
STANDARD HOURS: Usually on 6:00am to 4:30pm. If not on OT they get off at 2:30pm. Saturdays are 6am-11am.
OVERTIME HOURS: Vary

Need to make a change to the SMT position, it now needs to be SMT Operator, we are looking for two positions to be filled, $17-20 per hour. Please remove the SMT Tech role for now.
Responsibilities of an SMT Operator:
- Load machine programs, feeders, and components for scheduled SMT jobs
- Operate SMT equipment such as pick-and-place machines, screen printers, and reflow ovens
- Verify and accurately load components based on parts lists
- Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments to maintain quality
- Perform visual inspections of components and assemblies for defects
- Maintain equipment, complete basic cleaning tasks, and follow all ESD and safety procedures
