Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 4 days onsite per week
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Program Coordinator to support the IT Program Management Office (PMO) and help drive business and technology transformation initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams across Business, Product, and Technology, supporting large-scale programs, executive communications, and operational improvements.
This position is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong communication skills, experience supporting senior leadership, and a background in program or project coordination within a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the IT Program Management Office (PMO) in coordinating programs and initiatives aligned with business transformation goals
Document "as-is" and "to-be" business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
Track and manage progress against executive-level milestones, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate multiple projects and dependencies to ensure overall program success
Develop PowerPoint presentations and executive-ready materials for senior leadership reviews
Manage executive communications, meeting coordination, and calendar scheduling across multiple time zones
Assist with program planning, roadmap development, milestone tracking, and resource coordination
Support project management activities from initiation through completion
Contribute to business process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Product, and Business teams to drive alignment and consensus
Maintain documentation, reporting, and version control using Microsoft Office and SharePoint tools
Support executive reporting, dashboards, and status updates
Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in an operational, strategic, program coordination, or executive support role
Experience working directly with senior leadership or executives
Strong knowledge of program management and project coordination
Proven ability to document and improve business processes
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (executive-level presentations required)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, including complex calendar and meeting coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Office Suite, and SharePoint
Experience using Jira
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently and collaboratively
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in the automotive finance industry or a large, matrixed organization
Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects with shifting priorities
Understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and infrastructure
Master's degree preferred
