Server – Hospitality-Focused, High-Volume Restaurant | Downtown Frankenmuth
T.Dub's Pizzeria & Pub is looking for experienced, hardworking, and reliable servers who take pride in hospitality.

What You'll Do
- Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming first impression.
- Expand your knowledge-base of top quality ingredients in our food and drink menus.
- Guide guests with confidence and product knowledge.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system.
- Manage a section efficiently during peak service.
- Deliver food and beverages correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized section and service stations.
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and teammates.
- Support the team to ensure smooth pacing and guest flow.

- Guests feel acknowledged and valued immediately.
- Communicate to guests knowledge of T.Dub's food and drink menus.
- Orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Tables are turned smoothly without guests feeling rushed.
- Your section stays clean, stocked, and organized.

Requirements
- 1+ year serving experience preferred (we will train the right candidate with strong work ethic and attitude).
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail is a MUST.
- Reliable attendance and professional appearance.
