Skills needed: fryer & grill experience; ability to follow standard recipes as well as recipes specified by guests; attention to detail is a MUST
What You'll Do
- Execute menu items accurately and consistently during high-volume service.
- Work stations including sauté, grill, pizza, fry, and expo as assigned, as well as maintain a clean, organized station at all times.
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and plating specifications.
- Communicate clearly with the team during service.
- Assist with prep, stocking, and end-of-night breakdown.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.

- Tickets move with urgency but without panic.
- Your station is clean and stocked before service begins.
- Food leaves the window correctly plated and on time.
- You support teammates instead of working in isolation.
- You take pride in your work and your consistency.
Requirements
- 1+ year line cook experience preferred (we will train the right person with strong work ethic).
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 40+ pounds.
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
