For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure. Hosts/Hostesses may also support other staff members by assisting with bussing or serving duties. Responsibilities
* Answer the phone, input, and prepare takeout order for customers
* Greet all customers as they enter the restaurant
* Seat customers according to the established plan that ensures all wait staff get filled tables
* Keep Host/Hostess Desk and waiting area clean
* Clean and refill paper produces in bathrooms, as needed
* Various cleaning duties during shifts and other tasks allocated by management
* Providing guests with food and drink menus and answering any initial questions
