- Title: Part-time Secretary (Real Estate)
- Hours: Approximately 20–25 hours/week

What you'll do
- Greet clients, answer multi-line phones, and route inquiries to agents
- Schedule and confirm showings; coordinate agent calendars
- Prepare, proof, and track documents and transaction files
- Update listings (photos, descriptions, status changes) and maintain databases/MLS entries as directed
- Support basic marketing tasks (flyers, social posts) and maintain office supplies
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, scan/file records, and uphold confidentiality standards
- Write checks
What we're looking for
- Customer service mindset and clear, friendly communication
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Proficiency with email, calendars, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; comfort learning new systems
- Ability to handle confidential information and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; office or real estate experience a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
