Advantage Technical is hiring an Warehouse MRO (Non-Production Material) Crib Attendant to support a leading automotive manufacturer at a high-volume automotive plant. This is a great opportunity for candidates with warehouse, inventory control, or SAP experience who want steady work in a structured manufacturing environment with strong processes and hands-on responsibility.
Position Overview
The Warehouse MRO Crib Attendant is a frontline warehouse and inventory control role operating within a secured maintenance crib. You will support daily plant operations by ensuring maintenance teams have timely access to tools, parts, and non-production materials needed to keep equipment running efficiently. Accuracy, organization, and customer service are key to success in this role.
Pay Rate: $19.14/hour
Key Responsibilities
Perform receiving, put-away, warehousing, and material disbursement
Support inventory control, cycle counting, and inventory integrity
Maintain crib organization, layout, and housekeeping standards
Provide direct customer support to maintenance employees
Operate within a SAP inventory control system
Perform duties as assigned in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment
Operate material handling equipment (MHE) as a licensed operator
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Strong math and counting skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stretch for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
SAP inventory experience
Prior automotive or manufacturing experience
Warehouse, crib, or MRO background
