Three (3) Agricultural Equipment Operators are needed to work in Clinton and Ionia Counties, Michigan, handling alfalfa, triticale, sorghum, corn, and other forage crops. Workers will operate and maintain farm machinery, including tractors (200+ horsepower), forklifts, mowers, tillage equipment, and irrigation systems to prepare soil, apply manure, plant, maintain, harvest, and haul crops. Additional duties include loading and unloading crops or manure, removing rocks, trees, and roots from fields, and maintaining farm buildings and grounds. The position is paid hourly. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 months of verifiable commercial agricultural experience operating farm tractors, provide job references from the last 3 years, and be able to perform physically demanding work at a sustained pace throughout the workday. Employer-provided training will be given for specific job duties.

Work schedule: Generally, 40 hours per week, Monday through Saturday. Additional hours may be offered but are not required.

Housing: The employer provides housing at no cost to workers who cannot reasonably return to their residence at the end of the workday. Separate sleeping quarters and bathroom facilities are designated for male and female workers; family housing is not available.
