Job Overview
We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Finance Team Member to join our financial management team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about financial analysis and strategic planning, with strong skills in interpreting data and delivering actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and performance metrics to identify trends and insights.
- Develop and present 12–24 month projections for sales, costs, and profits.
- Prepare and deliver financial reports and data requested by management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Respond to ad hoc requests for financial data and reporting from leadership.
Skills Needed
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge Required
- Solid understanding of financial statements and business performance metrics.
- Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Educational background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Analytics (preferred).
Ability to Implement
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
- Work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Adapt quickly to changing business needs and contribute to strategic planning.
- Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
