Beacon Hill's client, an Am Law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with hands-on experience in easements, closing checklists, title review, surveys, and due diligence to support their team. * Location: Remote (Seattle, WA-based candidates) * Candidates must be licensed and reside in the same jurisdiction (Washington State). * Start: ASAP * Duration: 6+ months with potential for extension * Concurrent Work: Candidates cannot perform any concurrent legal work * Hours: Part-time (approximately 20-30 hours/week; may increase depending on skill set) * Pay: $80-$95/hour, depending on experience Required Experience: * Active bar license in good standing in the state of residence (Washington) * 4+ years of dedicated real estate experience * Experience with easements, closing checklists, title review, surveys, and due diligence * Ability to work independently * Strong writing skills Nice to Have: * Homebuilder experience Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
