Pay: Up to $82/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and oversee engineering projects using project management best practices and integrated schedules.
Lead vehicle system-level design, integration, build, and testing efforts, ensuring technical and programmatic success.
Manage project budgets, funding mechanisms, and demand forecasts while tracking performance through established metrics.
Serve as the primary technical interface between internal teams, leadership, and customers, maintaining clear communication and alignment.
Support bid preparation, change management, and risk mitigation activities; evaluate customer feedback and implement process improvements.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, problem resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project throughput and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field; 10+ years of relevant experience.
Minimum 5 years of project management experience; PMP certification preferred.
Experience with Department of Defense programs or similar industries required.
Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to manage complex technical projects.
Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM), Risk Management, and Teamcenter.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities; adept at customer relations and negotiation.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to prepare presentations and technical documentation.
U.S. security clearance eligibility required; ability to travel as needed.
