Beacon Hill Legal is seeking multiple Family Law Attorneys for a part-time, fully remote role with our client. This role is anticipated to last +/- 3 months with the possibility of extension. Candidates may expect to work between 5-15 hours per week on a flexible schedule. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a licensed family law attorney in the following jurisdictions: Florida, Michigan, Virginia, Ohio, North Carolina, Tennessee, Colorado, Louisiana, or Connecticut. Essential duties include drafting, reviewing, and revising practical guidance articles on a wide range of family law topics. Significant substantive experience drafting affidavits, agreements, and other related family law documents preferred. Work will include drafting new content and reviewing and supplementing existing documents with guidance based on case law, statutes, regulations, custom, and personal experience in practice.
