What You'll Do
Support Sales & Contracts: Quote and assist with sales contracts.
Manage Purchasing: Convert requisitions into purchase orders and maintain inventory using our ERP system.
Optimize Supply Chain: Schedule materials to meet inventory objectives and manage supplier relationships.
Process Returns & Credits: Handle return purchase orders and enter credits/debits as needed.
Build Supplier Partnerships: Understand supply base capabilities, lead times, and costing.
Collaborate Across Teams: Communicate effectively with internal customers and suppliers.
Drive Results: Align with corporate objectives like ROCE and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a closely related field (preferred).
Experience:
1-2 years in purchasing (preferred).
Familiarity with SAP and BlueYonder (preferred).
Skills:
Knowledge of purchasing procedures and supplier capabilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
