We are looking for a talented intern to fill an opportunity in the Corporate Human Resources department. You will work with the Process & Project Management and Talent Management teams to implement global HR system process improvements, and develop and deploy engaging online learning in support of the Human Resources function.
HR Information System design, configuration and maintenance to support our global talent management processes, with a focus on talent acquisition (recruiting), and learning and development (training). Development and deployment of engaging training programs, with a primary focus on the creation and delivery of online learning modules. Assistance in testing and implementation of changes supporting global headcount reporting processes. REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: College coursework in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Information Systems, or equivalent discipline.
EXPERIENCE: Prior Human Resources, Information Systems or related internship experience is strongly preferred. Interest in Human Resources, HR Information Systems, or Training & Development. Experience creating online learning or training materials and courses beneficial. Demonstrated skills using Microsoft Office applications, specifically in PowerPoint and Excel.
SKILLS: Strong sense of customer service.Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Energetic self-starter with strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve in a logical manner.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Strong written and verbal communication.Technical aptitude; comfortable using various electronic systems.Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks / projects.Open to learning and willing to be coached and developed. Ability to perform other duties as assigned.
