Job Summary
Direct Care Staff (Youth Specialists) offer support and care for the kids that live at Eagle Village. They are responsible for direct supervision of kids and ensure their physical, emotional, and safety needs are met. Youth Specialists are an important part of the treatment team for each individual and help inspire positive changes in kids.
Job Type: Full-time, part-time, or on-call positions are available for both afternoon and night shifts.
Pay Rate: $16/hour (Experience and education can increase this rate)

We Require Adults To
- Have good moral character
- Be emotionally stable
- Be 20 or older
A Bachelor’s degree in a human services area is preferred, though not required. In-depth Eagle Village employee training in trauma informed care, crisis intervention, behavioral management, and verbal intervention is required upon employment.
