About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with an accounting background, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Perform bookkeeping duties including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for financial tracking and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support management with reporting and other office functions.
- Handle additional duties typical of an office manager/bookkeeper role.
Requirements
- Accounting background preferred (but training available for the right candidate).
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Reliable transportation.
