REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, Human Resource, or related area
* Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.
* Five to ten years increasing experience in compensation.
* Five or more years of leadership experience preferable.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, problem resolution, verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Strong inter-personal, organizational, problem resolution, presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment.
* Requires thorough knowledge of applicable Human Resource laws (i.e., ERISA, FMLA, FLSA, OHSA, etc.).
* Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.
