Position Description:

This position will be part of the Ford’s PC Renewal Service Management and User Experience team, dedicated to supporting global customers. Hybrid Position 4 days per week onsite • Develop and implement ticketing/metrics dashboards via native ServiceNow capabilities or via PowerBI and QlikSense to convey current statuses and SLA adherence to the service team and management. • Collaborate with functional teams and contribute to process improvement and documentation. • Assist with best practices to continually improve PC Renewal service operations associated within the ServiceNow platform as it relates to the PC Renewal business. • Ensure global alignment for ITSM practices within the ServiceNow platform. • Assist with the training of Planning and Operational staff.
