We are a Tier 1 Automotive Supplier of Metal Stamping and Assembly located in Chesterfield, MI seeking a Container Shipping Clerk in our Production Control Department. The work requires practical skill and knowledge to manage container inventories, input production, create shipping documents and invoices, and assist with inventory control functions.
Shipping Clerk Job Description:
· Analyze, monitor and follow-up of returnable container programs
· Maintain customer container systems / customer interaction
· Create shipping documents and invoices
· Generate and send Advance Shipping Notices (ASN’S)
· Input of production inventory and manual shipping releases
