The Training Coordination Manager is responsible for organization relating to development of unique training courses and programs for tk Materials / OSG. Duties include interaction with Subject Matter Experts, management, and HR to determine training needs. Implementation of training programs and assessment of feedback from previous training programs to determine their success in helping team members learn.

You will have responsibility for reporting and acting on learner training history.
