Job Title: Service Technician

Key skills:
- 1-2 years experience servicing and repairing fire and security systems
- Fire alarm repair and service experience required
- Ability to document records and reports of assessments and audits of systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the service of security and fire systems hardware.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in creating documentation and reports for security assessments and audits.
- Accurately maintain inventory records for all hardware.
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to support requests promptly and professionally, ensuring user satisfaction.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Performance Objectives
- Complete assigned training modules and certifications within specified timelines.
- Deliver quality service and support that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
- Maintain timely and accurate service documentation.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- 3+ years of experience in a service role supporting fire systems, security systems, access control systems, and CCTV systems.
- Experience servicing Kidde, DMP, Digital Watchdog, Notifier, and AiPhone preferred
- NICET 1
