Job Title: General Labor

Job Type: Contract To Hire
We are seeking Entry Level General Labor for 1st and 2nd (Shift Premium) shifts, 4 day work week (10 Hour Shifts). Must be eager to learn, possess attention to detail and available for overtime.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Picking and sorting of scrap metals and cleaning areas when needed in a metals recycling plant, and various plant duties.
- Must be comfortable bending, reaching, and lifting up to 20lbs consistently and able to stand up to 10 hours.
- Must have experience operating a front-end loader.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be available to work a Day or Afternoon shift and available for overtime
- Required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check and have a valid driver’s license.
EDUCATION
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 2-year college degree or working toward degree is desirable
