Location: Dearborn, MI (Hybrid - 4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote)
Pay Rate: $28.49 per hour
Are you experienced in financial services, municipal finance, or leasing and looking to advance your career with a globally recognized automotive finance organization? We are hiring a Credit and Sales Coordinator, working directly with automotive dealers and state and local government customers.

Key Responsibilities
Originate and support municipal lease and purchase financing contracts
Respond to dealer and municipal customer financing requests
Negotiate financing structures, pricing, and terms
Communicate technical details of the Municipal Lease Program to:
Automotive dealers
State and local government agencies
Municipal and public-sector customers
Prepare and submit credit requests with recommendations for approval
Perform basic credit and risk analysis for end-user customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with:
Municipal lease customers
Fleet Sales Managers
Commercial Account Managers
F&I Managers and dealership sales teams
Support marketing initiatives and dealer training activities
Analyze and track marketing reports throughout the customer lifecycle, including:
Quotes
Awards
Funding documentation
Participate in limited travel for trade shows, conferences, and in-dealer meetings
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry
Strong customer relationship management skills
Associate Degree required
Ability to analyze financing requests and communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (4 days onsite)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Fundamental understanding of:
End-user credit evaluation
Basic risk analysis
Municipal or public-sector financing
Experience working with automotive dealers, fleet sales, or commercial finance
