About the Role
As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing and building software applications that solve real-world customer problems. You'll work across the full software development lifecycle, from software architecture and coding to testing and deployment, ensuring robust, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.
You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, designers, and architects, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand use cases, pain points, and requirements, delivering user-centric solutions
Solve complex technical challenges using a variety of programming languages, frameworks, and development tools
Design software architecture for scalable, maintainable applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software on time
Define and implement software testing strategies, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational goals
Optimize application performance and implement new technologies to enhance development efficiency
Apply best practices in test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration (CI), and continuous delivery (CD)
Ensure software complies with security standards, including encryption and data anonymization
Required Skills & Technologies
Languages/Frameworks: Java, Angular, TypeScript, Spring Boot
DevOps & Tools: CI/CD (Tekton), GitHub, GCP, Kubernetes Cluster
Strong understanding of full-stack development principles and best practices
Preferred Skills
Power BI, React, or other front-end frameworks
Experience & Education
3+ years of professional software engineering experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
