Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in the field of counseling, early childhood, home based case management, nursing or social work.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field such as counseling, early childhood education, family services, psychology, social welfare or social work.
- Experience and education in infant and toddler programming preferred.
- Interpersonal skills essential for effective communication with families and agency personnel.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work independently within management guidelines.
- Working knowledge of computers (proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet programs such as Word and Excel.).
- Responsibility of employee to obtain and maintain all training(s), certificate(s), approval(s), etc. and provide documentation to the business office before expiration date of said document(s).
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Required to have a physical presence at the designated job site each scheduled word day.
- Must have regular and reliable job attendance, performance, and the physical ability to do the job.
